Do You Provide Fingerprinting for an FBI or State Background Check?
No, we do not.
In Pennsylvania, owning a private fingerprinting service for state-mandated background checks is not possible due to state regulations. LiveScan services for FBI and state criminal background checks are controlled by the Commonwealth through a designated third-party vendor, IdentoGO.
We provide only ink fingerprinting on an FD-258 card. You may need to use our services for the following reasons:
Federal employment or licensing: Some federal agencies require fingerprint cards (FD-258) to be submitted by mail.
Out-of-state licensing: Applicants for professional licenses in other states may need to send a physical fingerprint card from Pennsylvania.
Other purposes: Ink card prints are sometimes needed for immigration, international travel, or personal background history checks.
