We believe in complete transparency so while other notaries may hide their fees and price lists until they have you on the hook, we put them out in the open. These fees are not included in the base price of the scheduled services and may increase depending on the number of services you are requesting.

For instance 1 notarization (signature with a seal) is $5 and if 3 more notarizations are required we will charge an extra $2.00 per seal. This means that a document which requires 4 signatures with a notary seal will cost

Initial signature - $5.00

3 Extra signatures - $6.00

Total: $11.00

  • Acknowledgement (additional name): $2.00

  • Administering an Oath/Affirmation (per person): $5.00

  • Witnessing a Signature (per signature): $5.00

  • Verifying a Signature on an Oath/Affirmation: $5.00

  • Certifying a Copy/Deposition (per copy): $5.00

  • Admin fee: $20

  • Travel fee: $25 for first 10 miles, $1 every mile after 10

  • Last minute same day service: $50

  • Fingerprinting (available mobile or in office, travel fee is same as notary services): $10/card
